    Agree grass and vegetation is key. Additional trees shown are great, but the main area should also be grass and a soft surface for children to move and play. No one wants another concrete, sterile, hot area. Lets make this central spot modern, fresh and welcoming.

    great points, and in addition too much pavement will get very hot. More grass and vegetation is key. Would be a shame to lose a soft grass surface which is welcoming to all ages. This is the best layout but still needs work.
