This is my preferred option - I think that the balance and scale of the single family house and townhouses are reasonable. I like the large green space and it's location mid-way through the site and not positioned at the north end in the former option.
I do question why we must maintain the entire parking garage? Do we have the ability to do a green roof on the top of the garage to allow for garden beds and plantings?
There needs to be a focus on what to do with the former OT building. Perhaps an event space, given we have so much parking it would be able to support something. Or perhaps an event space with a small retail area that could include maybe cooking schools or other food related - it could be our own Farm ( i.e. the parking garage gardens) to table restaurant.
