  1. There should be some condo units in the plan to accomodate seniors looking to downside and avoid having to live in a dwelling with stair.

  3. Concept 2 with park attached to community centre, town homes surrounded by green spaces, and more interior driveways for better traffic flow

  5. I like number 2 the best. It locates the town houses within the site and has the community centre well located off of Reynolds. The park on
