A nice "rest stop".
The more seating the better; it encourages people/consumers to investigate downtown on foot with a "rest stop" available. Add trash containers and probably recycle options. People may have lunch here! I have one query, how many children live in the downtown core, or will be driven there? Shouldn't this be geared more for adults?

Absolutely need recycling! Ever been there on a weekend? A very popular family destination, dogs and all.
