I'm not sure if there's an e-mail newsletter. I couldn't find one on the site. Personally, I think the best thing you could do is make a point of having residents, both new and old, register their e-mail address, physical address and other pertinent details with you so that you can begin to build out notifications on community events, notify people when it's time to vote, build a strong volunteer base, and leverage your database in order to conduct online surveys and gather opinions and feedback. As you roll out new services, you can notify users and allow them to opt in or out of specific notifications.
