You choose to call Oakville home. Tell us what YOU think makes Oakville most livable or what we need to do to make it more livable?

A connected and diverse open space system

Oakville is blessed with many natural features. Maintaining the ability of the public to use the many valleys, by creating 'green' trails (as the Town has encouraged over the years) makes it a comfortable, attractive and humane place to live.

We don’t want anyone crossing four lanes of traffic without a crosswalk or light either - there is a set of lights located at Valhalla Court and Bronte Road, approximately 44 metres from Donavan Bailey Park.

I find it difficult to watch children and adults using Donovan Bailey Park as a walk/bike trail and have to cross 4 lanes of traffic without the benefit of a crosswalk or light.
